New Recipe Book from New Covent Garden Soup Co

New Covent Garden Soup Co have launched an exciting collection of new and classic recipes, inspired by different regions of the British Isles - “Great British Soups”. Using ingredients that are synonymous with those regions, and a wide range of seasonal vegetables; the experience of New Covent Garden’s creative chefs have brought to life some delicious soups, with a common theme – “Great ingredients speak for themselves”.

From the warming delights of Lancashire Hotpot, Lightly Spiced Parsnip & Bramley Apple and Welsh Leek & Caerphilly Cheese – all perfect for an autumnal day. To garden-fresh lighter soups such as Watercress, Asparagus & Crayfish, Tomato Consommé with Cucumber Noodles, and Manx Broth - these recipes combine the rich heritage of Britain's past with the vibrant blend of cuisines that makes up British food today.

Recipes are grouped into the following chapters: Great British Favourites; Southwest England; Southeast England; The Midlands; Eastern England; Northwest England; Yorkshire and Northeast England; Wales; Northern Ireland; Scotland; Modern British, Multicultural Britain and On Our Travels.

To create this gorgeous new recipe book, our team have scouted the UK for the best in regional flavours. There are so many incredible recipes that we had to create another cookery book to share them, as we could fill a whole supermarket aisle with our delicious soups!
